Choice cut, grass fed, free range NY Strip. Marinated and glazed with a New Orleans style bourbon sauce that starts off sweet and ends with a kick! Served with balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, basil red potatoes, and mb sauce.

The NY Strip is one of my favorites. Especially with the bourbon sauce. It's the perfect steak sauce to serve with this to me. Wish the brussel sprouts were cooked and softer a little more, but other than that, this dish is a 10/10 for me.
The food tastes really good and the team provided prompt service.
