MacroBites Shipping Policy

At MacroBites, we ship all orders using UPS.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; however, we make no guarantees regarding delivery dates or arrival times. Shipping timelines provided by UPS are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available. MacroBites is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 8 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
