MacroBites Subscription Policy

At MacroBites, subscription orders are automatically renewed on a recurring basis until paused or cancelled by the customer.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MacroBites to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring billing cycle unless you pause or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Customers may pause their subscription at any time through their customer portal. Pausing a subscription will temporarily stop future recurring charges and shipments until the subscription is reactivated.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing support@macrobites.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription cycle.

MacroBites reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time without prior notice.
