At MacroBites, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement order through an alternative delivery method at no additional cost to you.
To report a damaged shipment, please contact our customer support team at support@macrobites.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
